Apply a Brand Tone

The Apply a Brand Tone feature allows you to define a brand tone the AI Writing Assistant references prior to generating content.
Prior to getting started with this feature, ensure you have the following:
A user role with the adequate permissions to access the Apply a Brand Tone option in the AI Writing Assistant.
Take the following steps to create and apply a brand tone:
Navigate to your design.
Drag and drop a text-based content block on to the stage.
Click the Write with AI button on the sidebar.
A side window will appear with a button that says Apply a Brand Tone and a box for you to enter your prompt.
Click on the Apply a Brand Tone button.
A modal will open displaying options to define a brand tone.
Complete the information to define your brand tone and save your changes.
When you return to the side window, select the brand voice you defined and saved from the drop-down menu.
Enter your prompt in the box.
Click Generate.
The AI Writing Assistant will follow the instructions defined in your prompt and adhere to the brand tone you defined in the brand tone modal in the response that it generates and returns to you.
Consider the following when using this feature:
User permissions may vary.
The more details you provide in the modal, the more precise the AI output will be.
You can create multiple brand tones.
If you would like to switch from one brand tone to another in the same design, ensure you refresh your design first so that the brand tone adequately transitions to the new one you set.
